V13.0.1 guardrail: Critical scope details must be confirmed before pricing. AI/photo output should still be treated as a draft. Verify field conditions, code requirements, quantities and supplier pricing before sending a contract.

2. Estimate intelligence

Describe the project and click Analyze & Build Estimate. If important information is missing, the estimator will ask for it before calculating a price.
